Javier Saldana

Lauren is amazing. Highly recommend taking here CPO CLASS. Personally I will be taking many more courses she offers and sending my staff for certification thru her course. Thank you again.

Jorge Alvarado

Lauren is an amazing instructor who will not only prepare you to pass the CPO test but just as important, will prepare you to best manage your pool(s) as a Certified Pool Operator. Her knowledge and experience as a State Health Inspector for 17 years is most valuable to her students and helped us better understand the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy pool. Thank you so much Lauren, It was a true pleasure being in your class. See you in 5 years, God willing.

Aquatic Facility Training Ottawa

It's not hard to see why all the ratings are 5 star! Lauren has an amazing and fun personality that makes her courses fun to take.
With her background in public health, she brings a wealth of information to her students. The other and probably more important thing is that she spends an amazing amount of time and effort in staying current with regulations and swimming pool advancements.

Nicholas Armstrong

Lauren was an amazing teacher! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in the field, but she teaches the material with enthusiasm and a sense of humor. I would recommend taking her CPO course to anyone in the pool service industry. Even if you don’t plan to do take on commercial pools for service. She makes sure to make note of key takeaways for pool service techs and property managers alike.

Wet Splash

Truly exceptional experience, I couldn’t ask for more . I’m really not a good test taker . My instructor made me feel so comfortable and at ease. More importantly she was concerned about me understanding everything that she was teaching! Wow makes me believe she care about us and she dose ! Thank you once again for a great Experience!!

Jason F Loc

11 years in the industry never had any certification, having started our own business I wanted to be certified pool operator so I could take on a few commercial accounts. Class was really well done you or your employees need a CPO certification this is the route I would suggest.

justin

Lauren is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. Taught us everything with a smile and jokes. She is very sweet, and thoughtful when it comes to making sure we understand and comprehend what she is teaching. I can not stress it enough, she is one of the best teachers in my experience.

Steve Zanella

Extremely valuable information in Mrs. Broom's CPO course. She is very knowledgeable and did a great job delivering the content to all of us in her class.
