1. What payment methods are accepted for virtual CPI/CPO courses?

You can pay with PayPal or credit/debit cards directly on the event page when booking a virtual class—for example, the July 12, 2025 Virtual CPI Course at $300.

2. Are there payment deadlines before class?

Yes. Your payment must be received before class start. Registrations close if full payment isn’t made in time.

3. Can I cancel and get a refund?

In-person 2-day CPO courses: Full refund (minus a $35 service fee) if canceled at least 14 calendar days prior.
100% virtual CPO training: Refund minus a $150 service fee, regardless of when you cancel.

4. What if I cancel less than 14 days before the class?

You will be charged the full registration fee. Non-attendance without cancellation also results in full payment due.
